Seeing some of the impact toys, like springs, wooden spoons, and other found objects, used to cause different sensations on people’s skin.
What did you learn that you can put into practice immediately?
Obviously you could start engaging in some light BDSM right away. But Mr. Gard emphasized that the best course if you’re inexperienced, but curious, is to start researching interests, exploring, and maybe attending kink events.

Be open to new and different things, but it’s OK to giggle because sometimes people’s kinks can be very new and funny.
