Fall Fundraiser
Join us at Old City Farm and Guild in Shaw to celebrate the arrival of fall and to support your favorite free school. (KCDC, of course!)
We have an exciting lineup of activities that we’ll update as we get each nailed down. A donation of $10-$20 will get you in the door. Here are some highlights so far:
- Folk/rock/bluegrass band SmithJackson will perform!
- So will musician Joe Pollock!
- As will Marshall Sims!
- Speed Skillsharing (share a skill with another student(s) in five minutes)
- Sangria! (plus Señor Sangria, Target’s finest non-alcoholic sangria-like beverage, for adventurous teetotalers)
- Pumpkin carving? Maybe!
- Raffles!
- Crafts!
If you’d like to speed skillshare — and it’s completely optional — bring whatever materials you need to teach a skill in five or fewer minutes.
