Most of us have specific fitness goals we want to reach, but it can be difficult to figure out how to get from where we are to where we want to be — especially if it involves early-morning sweat sessions, smelly gyms, and pounding away on a “dreadmill.”

In this class, long-time group exercise instructor Gitanjali will share her personal goal-setting methodology, valuable guidance, and motivational techniques. You’ll conclude with a simple 30-minute workout meant to jump-start (literally!) your enthusiasm.
