Dive deep into your self and find insights into your emotional state by making art. We’ll start with an exercise to “draw” out your emotions using any drawing tools available. The second part of the class will help you break through negativity and charge your life with positive light and intention, using a short breathing meditation transitioning to visualization. You will then express the visualized solution using art.

Please bring pencils, color pencils, and/or crayons; and sketch paper.
