Back to Basics: Finding Your Own Personal Style

date Sunday, 12 January 2014 time 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

👤 Pearlette Merriweather 🏢 Tenley-Friendship Neighborhood Library

Past

Personal style is how your attire and accessories express your personality, values, and feelings. But defining what’s right for you can be bewildering.

We’ll discuss the effect your personal style has on your everyday life and discuss how to identify and develop a look, be that glamorous professional or boho artiste (with your own twist, of course). You’ll also pick up tricks for choosing clothing that complements your body type and learn the basic “must-haves” for any wardrobe. No need to look stuck in “Clueless” anymore… unless that’s what you’re going for.
