Behind the Scenes: One Eight Distilling

Though it’s been open for less than a year, One Eight Distilling has already become one of D.C.’s premier makers of vodka, gin, and whiskey (just white whiskey, for now … find out why on the tour). Distillery staff will take you on a 40-minute tour of the 7,500-square foot production space, explaining how the stuff is made along the way. We’ll conclude with a free tasting.
All students must be 21 or older and bring valid ID.
