Making bread can be downright intimidating. (Kneading, proofing, rising, oh my!) In this class, you’ll make delicious bread with just water, flour, yeast, salt, and a plastic container. Yep, that’s it. No kneading, no stand mixer, no sponge.

The base recipe we’ll be using is the basic boule from “Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day” by Jeff Hertzberg and Zoe Francois. You’ll learn to adapt it to whole wheat, multigrain, pizza, or whatever your heart desires. You’ll walk away with bread knowledge, bread samples (hooray!), and recipes to try at home.

Please bring $2 to cover materials, and bring a container to take some dough home!
