Bye, the Farm: Easy Vegan Cooking
Friends’ food allergies and dietary restrictions make it hard to know what to bring to your next potluck. So learn how to bake vegan! We’ll use creative alternatives to keep milk, butter, and eggs out of the equation. This hands-on cooking class is hosted by D.C.’s own Brainfood, a non-profit that trains high schoolers in leadership and cooking. You’ll be taught by Brainfood Community MVPs, who plan and teach workshops throughout the area.
