Coffee: Origins, Roasting, Blending, and Brewing

Join the founders of Café Los Sueños, a D.C.-based specialty coffee roastery, for an introduction to all things coffee. You’ll learn:
- Where coffee comes from and how it’s priced;
- How to brew using a pour-over cone, Chemex, and French press;
- How different roasts affect flavor.
Before you go, you’ll create your own custom blend using a variety of beans. Please bring $5-6 to cover materials consumed during class.
