Cooking Scrappy: Fighting Food Waste in the Kitchen
In this hands-on workshop, learn delicious ways to incorporate typically wasted food scraps, including fruit and vegetable rinds, peels, cores, seeds, stale bread, and coffee grounds. You will help cook (and sample) a banana peel cake, and go home with the recipe to try on your own.
