Dancing is one of those things that a lot of people love to do … privately. It can be intimidating to dance in public — people fear judgment or “not looking good.”
To heck with looking good! Dance is about feeling music and making it your own. But sometimes it’s easiest to get more comfortable with dancing by learning dances that tell you the moves. In this class, you’ll learn the basics of:

Victoria Rocha is a dancing fool! Coming from a family of excellent dancers, Victoria started shakin’ it at a young age. She wanted to pursue dance more seriously as a child, but circumstances didn’t allow for the dream. So once she hit college, Victoria threw herself into jazz, modern, belly dancing, salsa, and ballroom. Now a plus-size woman, Victoria loves to dance even more to show people that you can dance at any size — all it takes is feeling confident, being body positive, and loving to have fun!
