DC State Fair: A Puppet Demo with Wit’s End Puppets
Wit’s End Puppets performed The Malachite Palace at the 2011 Capital Fringe Festival.
Representatives from Wit’s End Puppets will have pre-cut shadow puppets on display and demonstrate how you can make joints for puppets’ arms and legs and how to attach rods. You’ll also see some examples of Turkish and Chinese puppets, and you can try working with several of the beautifully crafted puppets from past shows by the company.
This class is presented in partnership with the DC State Fair. No online registration is required; just show up!
