Design Your Own Body Weight Training Workout
Put together your very own full-body workout to do at home, with minimal space and zero equipment — just the weight of your own body.
The class will emphasize proper body alignment and form. You’ll also learn visualization techniques to keep your focus sharp and motivation high. Expect to leave with an understanding of several cardio, strength, core, and stretch exercises, and how to use them to achieve maximum results.
Please bring water, and wear comfortable clothing meant for physical activity. You may also want to bring a yoga mat or towel for comfort when doing floor exercises. Please meet at the Joan of Arc statue.
