The Five Elements of Chinese Medicine
Following The Basics of Acupuncture, the second class in this two-part series will serve as an exploration of your personal energetic makeup. Just as Myers-Briggs has personality types, Chinese Medicine has a way of diagnosing a person’s physical, mental, and spiritual self based on the five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. We will explore how these elements relate to our physical organs, the seasons, and our relationships.
Feel free to attend even if you are not able to make the first class.
