Group Meditation
Join fellow KCDCers in a soothing outdoor environment to meditate together. Dawn, your teacher, will talk about her personal experience with meditation and present some background on its history and benefits. We will learn five mini-meditations, each about 10 minutes long, that can be used on a daily basis. We will then take a break and regroup for a guided meditation to relax and rejuvenate. The class will close with a savasana and a short discussion.
We suggest you bring a yoga mat or a towel, and wear comfy clothes.
