Intro to Lock Picking
In one of KCDC’s most popular classes, you get to play Mission Impossible. You get to see why your video games and movies are wrong. You get to see the world in a slightly different way. This hands-on workshop will teach you the basics of how pin-tumbler locks work and how to exploit them. Lock theory, history, and stories will be shared. Bring a steady hand and some patience. It’ll be a good time.
There will be a $10 materials cost for this class.

Bradford Barr is a professional software developer and former president of HacDC, a hacker space located in Mount Pleasant. He has years of experience in many fields of computing, from operating systems to Artificial Intelligence, and has taught several introductory programming classes.
