Our daily lives are brimming with choices and beliefs. Some we’re barely aware we have. Some are downright strange. Why do we think that success drives happiness when the opposite is true? Why does signing forms at the top suddenly make us more honest? And why are we so unsuccessful at sticking to the resolutions we make?

Inspired by the work of psychologists and behavioral economists, this interactive course examines the subtleties of human behavior to gain deeper insight into why our decisions do not always make sense. You’ll gain greater self-understanding and learn a few simple tools that will have an immediate impact on your work.

This is a continuation of previous Know Thyself classes. All past and new participants are welcome; the topics covered vary from session to session.
