Let There Be (Still) Life: Hands-On Art History
We’ll learn techniques and principles of major movements in modern art (from the 1870s to the present day) through an exploration of still life painting throughout the years. We’ll start out with a history lesson, covering techniques and trends in still-life painting before doing some paintings ourselves, inspired by the styles we have explored!
Students at all levels of painting experience are welcome.
There is a $5 materials fee for paint, brushes, and paper. If you have your own supplies, please bring them!
