Matcha, Genmaicha, Cha Cha Cha: Green Tea 101
Tea, though one of the world’s most popular beverages, is an underdog in the coffee-driven United States. Learn a smidgen of history, how tea is harvested and made, and techniques for preparing green tea. You’ll leave the class a proper green tea connoisseur (who’s ready to kick that coffee/soda habit).
There will be a materials fee of $5. The class is BYOM (Bring Your Own Mug).
