Moroccan Cooking: an Introduction to the Tagine
After spending a year living in Morocco, I started to get sick of the Tagine. But after being back for a few years now- sometimes all I can think about is that delicious stew. Join me in preparing a few delicious Tagines- I can guarantee you’ll enjoy them. We will prepare a chicken and vegetarian Tagine and traditional couscous (not the pre-cooked stuff)! I’ll also show you how to prepare authentic Moroccan Mint tea (think fresh mint, and lots of sugar).
Note: KCDC is a free school, but if teachers have to shoulder financial costs for cooking classes, free isn’t really free. We’re working on ways to make this exchange fair, fun and balanced. If a $5 materials cost or bringing an assigned ingredient is prohibitive for you, let us know, and we’ll work it out.
Address will be emailed upon registration.
