NatureLab: Fall Chocolate
Seeking chocolate lovers who are inspired by pumpkins, leaves, cool weather, crisp air, and the color yellow! In this class, we’ll explore seasonality and specimens from the NatureLab’s collection to design an autumn-inspired line of chocolates. Then, we’ll create molds for our seasonal creations.
