The Perfect Pie
This class is all about the basics. We’ll go over — from start to finish — how to bake a pie from scratch, starting with a brief explanation of the techniques you’ll need to be successful and a rundown of ingredient options.
Then, we will demonstrate how to make the dough for crusts and a homemade filling. You’ll get to try your hand at both while making mini sweet-potato pies to take home (or eat immediately … let’s be real).
There will be a $10 materials fee for this class.
