Courtney Rae O'Neal is the founder of Courted!, a mobile styling firm. She loves working with clients to improve their looks and their lives by identifying and developing their personal styles.

Chardelle Moore is a reporter for FOX45, CW Baltimore, and MyTV Baltimore, covering entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, community events, and more. After growing up in the Washington area, Chardelle got her start at BET and worked her way up through the DC TV and radio scenes. When not sharing important news updates with her community, Chardelle works as a motivational speaker for schools, nonprofits, and even the White House!

Haili Francis is a fundraiser for the Smithsonian Institution and a commissioner of the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities, where she supervises funding for local arts initiatives. An experienced museum professional and arts researcher, Haili has seen her work published in a book surveying the collection of the Shirley Kinsey Foundation of the Arts and Education, whose art travels the country telling stories of African American history through art.

Dr. Talaya Walker, PhD, is a personal branding consultant who helps professionals across a diverse range of fields leverage their personal images to achieve business goals. She also performs independent research on personal branding and serves as a guest lecturer and keynote speaker at universities and organizations.
