Are you feeling burned out, overwhelmed, and stressed? While experiencing stress once in a while is not necessarily bad, being stressed all the time can impact our immunity and lead to depression, anxiety, lack of focus, and inefficiency. One of the quickest and most efficient ways to reduce the stress burden on our body is by implementing a mindfulness and meditation practice. A regular 10 minute practice has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety and improve focus and concentration.

Does the idea of starting a meditation practice feel daunting and like something you should be doing but have no time for? Fear not! This workshop will give you the foundation and tools you need to create a mindfulness practice that works for YOU. You will learn about the history of mindfulness, the different techniques, the benefits of a regular practice, and how to implement the practice into your everyday life.
