Silently Seeking the Self
We typically use verbal language to express ourselves. With this noise, we can lose touch with who we are. This class will be guided in complete silence. Without the hustle and bustle of city living, we will learn from our pulse and from each other. This is not a dance class. We will see, listen, touch, smell, feel, and move using writing prompts, meditation, physical games, and gesture. Through silence, openness, and a community embrace, we will seek to discover something new about ourselves.
