Have you gone to a happy hour or meetup looking to make new friends and ended up with a $45 charge and a riveting conversation about … the weather? We’ve all been there before. Meeting people is hard, and moving past the small talk is even harder. The fact is we all have interesting stories that make us who we are, but there never seems to be an appropriate opportunity to share them with a stranger.

The goal of this class is to give you the tools to have more meaningful conversation. After a quick introduction to the art of conversation, we will spend most of the class engaging in small groups and begin to build lasting and genuine connections with others in the class.

To ensure all attendees have a shared a meaningful conversation from start to finish, we cannot guarantee participation in the activities for anyone who comes late. For the same reason, we ask for you to only RSVP if you can stay through the end.
