Artist Studio Tour with BK Adams
“When you talk about creating, it isn’t that complicated if you think of the nature of creating. What’s complicate is the experience you bring to it.”- BK Adams
BK’s work is shown on street signs, in Smithsonians, in neighborhood cafes. His work has become part of the landscape of DC. BK invites KCDC for a tour of his studio space, where he will explain some of his process and relationship to the materials he scavenges, reclaims and re-purposes in the creation of his art. If the weather is good, he’ll lead the group along the nearby railroad tracks to explore the landscape and materials that help inspire his work.
As BK’s studio is a bit off the beaten path, email us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
