Talking About War With a Holocaust Survivor
Marione Ingram, author of the upcoming memoir “The Hands of War,” survived the Holocaust as a young girl and grew up to become an advocate for non-violent direct action as an alternative to war. Join her for a reading from her book and a discussion of conflict and genocide from World War II to the present day. Among other topics, she’ll address the bombing of civilians, the treatment of slave-laborers, and the failure of nations to respond to genocide.
