Make your clothes a little bit groovier at this DIY tie-dying session! We’ll explain how tie-dying and regular solid-color dying works on a small scale, then you can dye a shirt with either method. Plus, we’ll chat about the history of dye, from ancient plant pigments to the sea of tie-dye that is a Grateful Dead concert.

A random assortment of white shirts will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, but you’re encouraged to bring at least one white, cotton item of your own.

There is a $3 materials fee for this class.
