Time banking is an exchange system that allows people to help each other while receiving credits for their service. Anyone who helps someone can earn time dollars, and anyone who earns time dollars can spend them on services from anyone in the network. Time banking is a way to value the work we do for others in our community and the work we do in building that community.

There are currently about 400 people in the DC Time Bank. How can you engage in this alternative currency based on our time? How can time banking be integrated into organizations you work with? Come learn about the values of time banking and help us grow it in DC.
