Don’t let the sheer volume of choices scare you back toward the beer coolers. In this introductory class, you’ll learn the basics of wine pairings, tastings, and regions. You’ll leave ready to attend your next party with a splash of sophistication. In a bottle.
Please bring $10 to cover the wine, plus your own glass for tasting and some note-taking materials.
