Yoga Nidra
Yoga nidra is a method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. (“Nidra” means sleep.) In this class, your teacher, Sadie, will lead you through some light stretching and breathing exercises to calm the body and mind. A 45-minute yoga nidra session will follow: You’ll lie on your back while listening to guided meditation, which will take you deep into your subconscious mind.
If you can, please bring a yoga mat and a thin blanket. Please do not be late! Latecomers will disturb the other students.
