Leadership is the state we’re in anytime we’re faced with a decision that impacts others. It’s not just a position on an organizational chart; rather, it is a way of acting that produces results.

This course delves into following statement from “Retooling on the Run: Real Change for Leaders with No Time” by Stuart Heller and David Sheppard Surrenda:

“You are the first organization that you must master. No one can do this for you. It is your responsibility. Your results are a function of the way you organize and use yourself.”

You’ll explore the idea that every leader is a unique observer defined through language, body, and emotions. By the end of the class, you’ll have a starter kit of concepts and exercises you can use to further develop your leadership skills.

This class is uniquely suited to career changers and anyone else who’s ready for a new direction in life.
