5th Birthday Celebration
It’s our birthday, it’s our birthday!
We’re turning 5, and we’re excited to celebrate five great years of community learning with you. Come eat, drink, and put on your thinking cap for a KCDC-themed trivia night that will include live music from the Deb Felz Band and a tasting with Republic Restoratives, who will share both their vodka and the story behind the world’s largest crowd-funded distillery. All trivia questions will come from teachers and classes that span KCDC’s history. (And yes, there will be prizes — including a grand prize from Port City Brewery.)
We’re partnering with community space Rhizome in Takoma Park to host the event. Additional food and libations will be provided by Soupergirl, Mark’s Kitchen, Good Food Markets, Bread Furst, and Capital City Cheesecake.
