Past

Have you always wondered what kombucha is, but been afraid to try it? Do you already enjoy its fizz and health benefits, but feel tired of paying $4 per bottle?

Kombucha is a fermented, sweetened black or green tea drink brewed using a SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast). We’ll teach you the basics of home brewing, SCOBY care, and flavoring. You’ll taste homemade kombucha and leave with your very own SCOBY (if you want to).

Please bring a wide-mouth glass bottle with a lid if you’d like to take home a SCOBY.
